Polygard – 600

Global water industrial services offer superior quality performance characteristics over a range of applications. The antiscalant chemical from Gwis Pakistan is designed to eliminate scale and reduce fouling in membrane systems, regardless of the feed water source. Gwis – Pakistan offers Polygard 600 as an antiscalant. It is a liquid antiscalant/dispersant blended to inhibit scale and disperse colloidal particles in cellulose acetate and thin film membrane separation systems.

BIOCIDE-R-22

GWIS Pakistan offer Biocide R-22 for Reverse osmosis (RO membrane protect), Biological fouling is most challenging problem in water treatment specially in Ro System, because Ro systems are used to produce high purity water for boiler makeup water, process waters, wastewater reuse, and numerous other applications. Some RO systems do not operate 24 hours a day and are turned off for part of the day or week to support the operational requirements of the facility. Typically, when the RO shuts down, the impurities that have been concentrated on one side of the membrane (especially biofouling) remain in the membrane housing until flushed out with fresh makeup water when the RO starts back up. The system is essentially “put away dirty.” Being “put away dirty” can allow for further inorganic deposits to develop or microbiological activity and fouling to increase. Both have negative effects on the RO membranes and performance. GWIS-Pakistan product non-oxidizing biocide. It is used to target aerobic and anaerobic bacteria, fungi and algae.

RO CLEANING CHEMICAL

RO ACIDIC 10

RO ACIDIC-10 is a blend of organic acid and chelant compound. This is used as acid cleaner at low pH and works as metal ion removal at slightly acidic condition and as chelant at alkaline range.

RO ACIDIC-10 is organic base and subject to becomes the food of bacteria, therefore it is highly recommended to flush out the spent solution and never reuse this solution. Iron fouling indicated by its yellowish coloration of solution. If turns green after some time. The indication shows that solution has still power to remove the iron fouling from the system. A dark brownish solution is considered as spent solution and has to drain out. Second preparation is required to remove the remaining debris, if required.

ALKA-55 LIQUID CLEANER

RO ACIDIC-50 is a liquid cleaner designed to remove silt and organic foulants such as colloidal silica clays, organic colour and bacterial slime from thin film composite membrane. Alka 50 is buffered to prevent the pH limits of a membrane being exceeded in the event of misapplication. Alka 55 liquid should not be used on cellulose acetate membranes, as irreversible damages can occur.

ALKA-50 POWEDER

RO ACIDIC-50 is a powered cleaner designed to remove silt and organic foulants such as colloidal silica clays, organic colour and bacterial slime from thin film composite membrane. Alka 50 is buffered to prevent the pH limits of a membrane being exceeded in the event of misapplication. Alka 50 powder should not be used on cellulose acetate membranes, as irreversible damages can occur.
